So yummy and refreshing. The temperatures are scorching here. I made this for a midnight madness party on the lake. The watermelon gave it a great sweet fruity taste. A wonderful rum-slush drink. Kept us cool and very happy.
I left a rave review, then decided to post my photo---but forgot to fix it so it wouldn't appear "sideways"! Then I thought...guzzle a few of these and you'll BE sideways! DELICIOUS!
yes- this is the BOMB. Fabulous- look no further for a watermelon daiquiri recipe. I've been using this one for a few years now and always come back to it. I add a bit of grenadine for more colour and sweetness. If my watermelon is a bit tasteless I boost it with a splash of watermelon cocktail mix. Yummy on a hot day.
