I used ground turkey breast for these, I skipped the allspice (didn't have any) and added some chopped raw onion to the mixture. Cooked these on the grill and served on a bun w/sliced tomato and they were really tasty. I love the addition of the cilantro. I'll make these again.

These are very easy to make and they have a really nice flavour. I served them on buns with avocado, pepper jack, salsa, and sour cream. I fried them this time but I can't wait to try them on the BBQ! Thanks for the recipe.

Great list of spices in this burger. Can't think of a thing it's missing. We both gobbled ours.

This was an interesting break from the everyday burger. It gets high marks for originality and ease of preperation. I will admit to not being the worlds biggest turkey fan (I don't even have it for the holidays) and I thought that this recipe might make it taste better. It helped and I think that anyone who enjoys turkey more than I do will like this a lot. I had this with your Four Veggie Roast and I'm raving about that! It was really, really, really very good.

I love Beef Burgers & I LOVE lamb burgers and now you have convinced me that I love turkey burgers! This burger is moist & tasty. The combination of cilantro, cumin, chili and dash of allspice meld with the chicken to give it a kick of flavor. I cut the recipe back to 1- 6 oz burger and kept the chili at 1/2 tsp. Thanks Redneck - Hope you are feeling much better!
