- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 18.48 ml cider vinegar or 18.48 ml white wine vinegar
- 7.39 ml water
- 1-1 garlic clove, minced
- 4.92 ml creole mustard or 4.92 ml Dijon mustard
- 4.92 ml prepared horseradish
- 2.46 ml black pepper (to taste)
- 2.46 ml sugar
- 1.23 ml salt (to taste)
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- You can store dish in a covered dish for 5 to 7 days in a fridge.
- Serve as a dip for crisp veggies, as a cocktail sauce for shellfish or sauce for grilled and fried chicken or fish.
