      I made this recipe and the Mock Mint Julep recipe, especially for those who don't drink alcohol. This was good, but most of my guests liked the Mock one better. Those who enjoy a little alcohol, added a bit of bourbon or rum to the Mock one.

      I mashed and cut the powdered sugar into the mint with a wooden spoon. That first sip is a little strong but it just kept tasting better with every sip. Thanks for a great recipe for Mint Juleps. This will be perfect on Derby Day.
