  • 1 (16 ounce) box oyster crackers
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

directions

  • Combine seasonings, dressing mix and oil and mix well.
  • Pour over crackers and stir well.
  • Bake at 200F for 15 minutes.
  • Stir and bake for another 5 minutes.
  • Store in airtight container.

  4. Yum! I had a 12 oz bag of oyster crackers, so I accordingly cut down the amount of oil, ranch mix, chili powder and garlic powder by 1/4. It came out very good. I will be making this again!! Thank you for sharing :)
     
  5. I have used this recipe for a while now and altered it with the use of "fat free saltines" to fit my low fat diet and no one ever knows at the office or for family gatherings.
