  1. This is a fantastic recipe. Absolutely delicious. I only had smaller chops on hand, so I sauteed them in the A-1 and smothered them with the pepperoni, peppers and onions rather than stuffing them. Then I baked them in the oven for a bit with the cheese on top. It was absolutely wonderful and everyone loved it. Thanks for the great recipe.

  3. I read the reviews on this and decided that this looks really yummy!!! NOT! This is one of the worst recipes I have tried. The pork chops were dried out the A-1 sauce was burnt on the bottom of the pan...couldn't taste the pepperoni or the banana peppers and you didn't give a temp. or a time??? Luckly for the other reviews I cookd it for 45 mins. at 375 deg. and YUCK!!!

  4. Let me start out by saying I have wanted to try this recipe Forever!!!I printed this recipe to try about six months ago and just now got around to making it. Five stars all the way!!! This recipe has all my dh's favorites and he raved about this recipe!!!We both loved it!!! I sauteed the onions and pepperoni and peppers on the stove top then put the porkchops in a casserole dish covered with A-1 and poured pepper mixture over top cooked in the oven on 375 for 45 minutes. Perfect!!!

  5. Five stars for this delicious recipe! I did not have banana peppers but did not "miss" them. I used green onions chopped fine. My son suggested that next time I should keep the sliced pepperoni in one piece, folded in half, stuff it with shredded Monterey Jack, the scullions and the A-1 Sauce, keeping the closed end of the pepperoni toward the outside of the chop. I use very thick chops, so this may work. We're having it tonight. Very tasty, Bravo, Lali!
