I've been making this meatloaf recipe for the 28 years i've been married, makes great meatloaf subs the next day. Nothing fancy, just taste great.
- Mix thoroughly, bake in oven (350 degrees).
- 1 hour 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
We love meat loaf sandwiches and this hit the spot. I didn't realize until the last minute that I was out of tomato juice so I used ketchup instead. Thanks for sharing this, Jennylyn.

Sounds like I usually make! Except I use tomato sauce, and a few spices. Sometimes I use Pace Picante sauce for a little zing. It is easy and good but I don't measure, I just "dump". (After nearly 60 years of marriage, I'm a bit lazy!)
