WOW....... I have heard for years from this person and that person that they had the recipe for the Famous King's Inn Seafood sauce. I have seen many interpretations of this recipe. I will have to admit that this is the closest I have ever seen someone come up with. They have ALL the ingredients EXCEPT ONE ingredient. I know one other person that had the original recipe. She had worked there for Many Years. I have had the recipe for over 25 years. I got it from the Main Cook there for over 25 years. Mine measured the vegetables by the pound using a gallon of Mayo and a Gallon of Miracle Whip. A can of this and a half a bottle of that, including a 1/4 bottle worcestershire sauce. (4ozs.) it made 3-4 gallons of Seafood Sauce. I Measured everything out and then divided it by Four to give me a recipe Much like this one above. I was sworn to secrecy years ago. You are very close , but "NO CIGAR"....... LOL

I shortened this by 3. It was just as I remembered. Haven't been able to get back to the resturant for several years(covid, border issues, illness, etc). So I was very excited when I finally came across this recipe. We use this on salad as a dressing enhancement with Green Godess dressing, as tarter sauce, stuffed celery, veggie platters or just as a cracker or chip dip. Thank you so much for this recipe post. I give it 5 stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ??! Its so good I hope it does not stop folks for going to the resturant tho, I need them to stay in business so please remember to take the drive to visit Kings Inn resturant!!!
