I love coming home to a dinner that is practically done. This was easy and delicious. This one is a keeper! The only thing I changed was adding extra red pepper sauce.

This is a very tasty, yet easy meal. I used raw boudin sausage (that actually breaks up while it cooks in the sauce) and diced chicken breast as well.
