  • 1 12 lbs cream cheese
  • 12 lb crabmeat, chopped or lump and cleaned
  • 12 lb small shrimp, diced,cooked and cleaned
  • 3 teaspoons horseradish
  • 18 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Form into a ball or portion sizes that you like.
  3. Chill until firm.
  4. Serve with crackers or veggies for scooping.
