Really, really good! The cayenne added that bit of zest and the parsley and chives provided appetizing color. Took no time at all to prepare, threw them on the grill with the burgers, served them with my wife's potato salad and presto! A patio lunch that was great.

OH WOW!! This was so easy and the taste was yummy. I used my own garden-grown herbs. The cayenne, which we love, gave it just the right amount of zippiness. We grilled this along with some chicken and just added a green salad. Perfect summer meal. Smiles all around :)

Incredible flavor!! I made this recipe exactly according to directions. Wouldn't change a thing! We really loved the cayenne pepper in this. I served this with rib-eye steaks from the grill. Added a plate of fresh veggie sticks. A very easy meal. Thanks Nurse Di!!

We made these to go with your 4th of July Burgers. Awesome. The ears of corn were really very large so we doubled the ingredients and it worked out fine. These are loaded with flavor and the cayenne really adds just the right amount of spice. A wonderful BBQ recipe. Thanks Nurse Di.

Another major disappointment!!!! Very easy to make, however, the sweet taste of corn is almost totally disguised and not enhanced at all. Hubby was scraping off the parsely and chives and was not impressed at all. I shall stick to boiling or grilling corn in their husks and using butter, salt and pepper only from now on.

We had a grilled dinner last night and this was excellent. I thought the herbed butter spread was perfect and we really liked the zing of the cayenne. Very colorful and easy to make. We also grilled pork chops and your Campfire Potatoes. It was an awesome meal. Thanks.

Nice change to regular cob corn. Instead of chives I used green onion and had no parsley.

This adds just the right blend of seasoning and the corn is moist and tender. I cooked the wraped corn in the oven at 450 degrees for about 25 minutes. It was perfect with my Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs #98940.

I actually had to go about doing this in a creative way since it is still winter lol. I took my corn, boiled it for just a few minutes to get the cooking started. Spread the mixture over the corn, wrapped it, let it sit for 15 minutes for flavors to meld (if thats possible with corn??? lol) and then threw them under the broiler. Halfway through, I uncovered and continued to broil. We had lovely corn with a bit of that grill look and a lovely taste. Im sure it would be even better off of the grill :) Thanks for the recipe!!! Will be making this again. When the grills open up here in my complex, I will make them the "right" way~!

I tried your recipe on extra sweet frozen corn (kernels)last night and it was very good! Everyone who ate it liked it...the only one who didn't was my 2-year old daughter-she refuses to eat anything with "leaves" in it!

This was our first time to try cooking corn on the grill. So to use my daughter's favorite expression--FANTABULOUS!!! The herb-butter mixture was very good in flavor and made the ears of corn colorful. The corn was juicy and tender and the best in our opinion. From now on, this is the only way I want to cook fresh corn on the cob. Thanks ;)

This is an excellent way to cook corn on the cob. Very delicious. I spread the butter mixture pretty heavily over 6 ears of corn. The herbs and cayenne were excellent in flavor. My family gave this an all-around 5-stars. Thanks Nurse Di.

Oh my, these were sooooooo good. Very colorful and tasty. The cayenne makes these better than any grilled corn I have tried. Excellent idea. Thanks Nurse Di.
