Very good recipe, and very healthy! I took Tebo's advice and marinated the chicken for several hours and it was a nice blend of flavors. I did feel that the spinach mix needed some salt and pepper so I added that and it was a great meal, along with acorn squash. Thanks for the nice recipe. Well worth the five stars!! I marinaded the breasts for a few hours and it was great. The spinach added colour, taste and a touch of "eligance" to an BBQ meal.
