- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 lbs peeled crayfish tails
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 1⁄2 cups rice
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Shrimp can be substituted for the crawfish tails.
