  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large greased casserole dish.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Shrimp can be substituted for the crawfish tails.

  1. Extremely easy and quick to make. Wasn't sure about the French Onion soup, but the flavors blended well. Made a 9" x 13" casserole--six for dinner--with a salad and bread had enough for leftovers. Tasty, will make again and try with shrimp.
