ingredients

• 59.14 ml onion, diced
• 59.14 ml shallot, diced
• 473.18 ml mushrooms, sliced
• 453.59 g cream cheese
• 4.92 ml thyme
• 6 sheet phyllo dough
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 1360.77 g lump crabmeat
• 9.85 ml garlic, minced
• 59.14 ml heavy cream
• 59.14 ml parmesan cheese
• 4.92 ml oregano
• 59.14 ml butter, melted

directions

1. Sauté shallots, onions and mushrooms in clarified butter.
2. Add crab meat, spices and cheese.
3. Cool down with heavy cream.
4. Spoon into small individual 8 oz casserole dishes and top with phyllo dough wrinkles.
5. Brown in a 350 degree F oven for 7 ½ minutes.
