I really liked this, but afraid my picky DH didn't care for it. That's ok---more leftovers for me to take to work! Made for the I Recommend Tag Game.

Delicious! I didn't have enough chicken, so I supplemented extra andouille. Also, only had 1/2 a red pepper, so I used two stalks of celery. I ended up mixing it with some herbed brown rice, and had to restrain myself from eating the whole thing (I guess it wouldn't be 5 points then, huh?)

All I can say is Yummy, Yummy, Yummy. This was very easy and a great dinner. Had it along with brown rice and a side salad. Some of the instructions were missing so I just "winged" it. But none the less, this was great. Another WW recipe in the books! Thanks, Toni!
