I already have a great turkey meatloaf recipe that my family loves - guess it will have to share equal time with this recipe now! This is great! I was concerned about the moistness level of this recipe (I usually add more moistening items) so I did steal from my tried & true recipe by adding 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt. So it was really perfect - nice blend of spices with a little kick as well! I served it with Corn Casserole .Thanks for the post. ZWT 2007

We had a great dinner tonight! The Cajun seasoning I used (store-bought)was maybe a bit too salty. Next time I'll use a "home-made" (i.e. a Zaar recipe). The structure of the meatloaf was just perfect. Firm, easy to cut, not too dry, not too moist. It was done in exactly the time stated. As some previous reviewers had commented that they upped the spices I thought I'd add a teaspoon of Louisiana Hot Sauce, mmmmmm, gave just the right kick. Thanks for posting.

Another recipe I picked for PAC 2006. As per some of the other suggestions, I doubled the spice amount, and used dijon mustard, which gave it a special "kick". This is a great twist on your average ol meatloaf. I also used egg white replacements. Thanks Toni !

This ain't your mama's meat loaf! This one has MAJOR FLAVOR! Completely different and a very nice change of pace. NOT spicy but well seasoned with garlic, onions and spices. My family loved this! They did miss their catsup topping- that was the only complaint I heard. I was prepared for that one though. They have been known to turn their noses up when something is different so I covered the mustard topping with turkey back slices- they loved it! They still broke out the catsup bottle but you can't win them all! lol Served with mashed potatoes topped with cheddar cheese and Microwave Lemon Garlic Broccoli Microwave Lemon Garlic Broccoli. Thanks Toni for rescuing us from the same old boring meat loaf dinner!

Great meatloaf! My DD wants this from now on instead of my regular meatloaf. I did ground turkey with no beef, spicy mustard, and Zataran's cajun seasoning. Awesome flavors!

Pretty good meatloaf. It was hot but without a cajun flavor. I used 2 extra teaspoons of cajun after reading the previous review. I will make this again, and might add some other spices to it. Thanks!

Nice meat loaf, but at least with the Cajun Seasoning which I used (#33092) there was no kick, and I put in double the recommended amount. The mustard was a very nice touch.
