- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 453.59 g penne pasta
- 236.59 ml chicken stock
- 118.29 ml white wine
- 473.18 ml sliced mushrooms
- 473.18 ml diced tomatoes
- 236.59 ml sliced red onion
- 29.58 ml minced garlic
- 118.29 ml cajun blackening seasoning
- 44.37 ml olive oil
- 59.14 ml shredded parmesan cheese

- 73.94 ml paprika
- 14.79 ml cayenne pepper
- 14.79 ml onion powder
- 14.79 ml garlic powder
- 9.85 ml salt
- 4.92 ml white pepper
- 4.92 ml dried thyme
- 4.92 ml dried oregano
directions
- mix seasoning mix ,(except 2 T for later) and season chicken well.
- Grill breast until done (best done outside because of smoking)
- Cook pasta according to package direction wile cooking chicken.
- In large skillet saute onion, mushrooms and garlic until tender.
- meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions
- Add stock, wine, and 2 T seasoning mix.
- Bring to a boil add drained penne pasta, tomatoes, toss and cook until thickened.
- Arrange pasta on dish, top with sliced grilled chicken.
- Garnish with parmesan cheese.
