  • Cook and stir vegetables in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
  • Add chicken, cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until no longer pink.
  • Stir in barbecue sauce; cook on medium heat 3 minutes or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon chicken mixture down centers of tortillas; top with cheese.
  • Roll up; cut in half.

  1. I saw this in the Kraft magazine too! It was really good. I baked the chicken ahead of time, just to save some last minute time. And I used pitas instead of tortillas, just for preference. Family pleaser!
