7 Layer Fiesta Dip

Ingredients:

Servings: 8

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese , softened
• 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
• 1 cup prepared guacamole
• 1 cup salsa
• 1 cup shredded lettuce
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup chopped green onion
• 1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives

Directions:

1. Mix cream cheese and seasoning mix.
2. Spread on bottom of 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
3. Layer guacamole, salsa, lettuce, cheese, onions and olives over cream cheese mixture.
4. Serve immediately.
5. Refrigerate any remaining dip.
6. Serve with tortilla chips.

I procrastinated on a class project and I needed a mexican dish QUICK! This was such a fast and easy recipe and my class finished the whole thing. I highly recommend this dip.
